Open Forecast Notes from the Deal page and edit open deals from AI Forecast.

**Forecast Notes are now available on the Deal page, and AI Forecast open-deal lists include the same deal editors used in Deals.**

## Open Forecast Notes from a Deal page

Forecast Notes now appears in the footer of eligible open Deal pages. Open it to add or update your note, read notes from other people, or review version history.

Each person has one current note per deal and can edit only their own. Clearing a note keeps its previous versions in history.

The editor refreshes the current note when it opens. If a newer version exists, Data Parrot loads it before editing is available.

## Edit open deals from AI Forecast

AI Forecast open-deal lists now include the same editors available in Deals:

-   Forecast Status
-   Next Step
-   Close Date
-   Pipeline
-   Stage
-   Forecast Notes

Won and lost deal lists remain read-only. Changes to HubSpot-owned fields save to the matching HubSpot deal.

## See updated deal information across pages

After a successful save, Data Parrot refreshes related deal information across Deals, AI Forecast, and the Deal page. Pipeline and Stage changes also refresh active filtered lists so deals can move to the correct result and totals can update.

## Where to find it

Open **[AI Forecast](https://app.dataparrot.ai/ai-forecast)** to edit deals from an open forecast selection. Open any eligible deal to use Forecast Notes from the Deal page.

These updates are available with Data Parrot Pro and Max when Forecast Notes is enabled. Owners and admins can manage Forecast Notes in **[Forecast Settings](https://app.dataparrot.ai/settings/forecast)**.
