Refresh an open deal from the Deal View to pull in the latest HubSpot activity and update Data Parrot's assessment.

**You can now refresh Data Parrot's assessment of an open deal directly from the Deal View.**

Select **Refresh deal insights** to pull in the latest deal details and activity from HubSpot. Data Parrot processes the calls, emails, meetings, notes, tasks, and other communications connected to the deal, then updates Deal Health, Status, Signals, Hygiene, Deal Summary, and the Timeline.

## Follow the refresh as it runs

The progress window shows each part of the refresh. You can close the window and move to another deal while the update continues. The Deal View refreshes automatically when the new assessment is ready.

Follow the deal refresh as it runs

When new deal changes or buyer activity arrive in Data Parrot after the last assessment, the Deal View warns you that the insights may be out of date. Select **Refresh deal insights** to update the assessment.

## Where to find it

Open any active deal from **[Deals](https://app.dataparrot.ai/deals)** and select **Refresh deal insights** above Deal Summary.

**Refresh deal insights** is available on Data Parrot Pro and Max.
