Set up by AI, not by your team
Connect HubSpot and Data Parrot learns your pipelines, stages, and customers from the data already there. You don't build reports or pay a setup fee to get started.
Scores come from what customers actually did
Data Parrot scores each deal from customer activity and how the deal has moved through your pipeline. When a buyer goes quiet, Data Parrot marks the deal as stuck, even if the CRM stage still looks fine.
Every score shows its reasoning
Deal and customer scores come with a written explanation and the activity behind them. You can check the evidence before you bring a deal up in a forecast call.
Covers new business and existing customers
Data Parrot scores open deals, builds the forecast, explains closed deals, and tracks the health of your existing customers. Leadership reviews new business and renewals in the same app.
Shows up in HubSpot, Slack, email, Claude, and ChatGPT
Scores appear on HubSpot deal records, briefs go out by email and Slack, and your team can ask Claude or ChatGPT about your pipeline through the Data Parrot MCP server.
Published pricing, monthly or yearly
Every plan's price is on the pricing page. Starter is free for up to 5 users, and you can pay for Pro and Max monthly or yearly.

Why I started Data Parrot
I've spent my whole career around CRM. I started as a developer at a CRM software company, and over the next decade I also sold it, implemented it, and trained thousands of people to use it.
Almost every company I worked with bought a CRM for the same reason. Leadership wanted to know what was really happening in the pipeline. The data went in, and the answers still didn't come out. I watched VP Sales dig through the CRM, reread email threads, and replay calls on their biggest deals because the reports couldn't tell them which deals were real.
Later I led growth and revenue operations at high-growth startups, and building those answers became my job. I also consulted for and supported a lot of businesses stuck on the same problem. The analysis was always built by hand, and every new company meant building it again.
I always wanted software to do that work, but the technology couldn't understand a deal the way a good sales leader does. It could count emails. It couldn't tell that a friendly email from a customer was really a warning.
Large language models changed that. For the first time, software could reason about a deal: who was engaged, what the buyer had actually agreed to, and what was missing. That's when I started Data Parrot.
A revenue leader shouldn't need to know the right question to ask, or wait for someone to build the report. Data Parrot should tell them what matters before they ask.
