What changed
- Open deals now bring the deal summary, health, status, sales signals, hygiene checks, win/loss reasons, timeline, and suggested next steps into one review page.
- Win/Loss Pro deals now focus on the closed-deal headline, the primary win or loss reason, and the activity timeline behind the outcome.
- Both views are easier to scan when a manager or rep needs to understand what is happening in a deal before a forecast review, one-on-one, or post-sale discussion.
How to use it
Use the open deal page when you need the current deal readout: what is healthy, what is risky, what could help the deal win, and what still needs attention.
Use the Win/Loss Pro deal page when you want the plain-language story behind a won or lost deal and the activity trail that led to the outcome.
