Open and closed deal pages now show tasks, communications, clearer activity details, and engagement impact colors.

Deal timelines now include more activity: Open and closed deal timelines now show tasks and communications alongside the existing engagement and CRM history.

What changed

  • Tasks and communications now appear alongside emails, calls, meetings, notes, and CRM property changes when that activity is available.
  • Notes, tasks, and communications show clearer subjects, details, and status or channel labels. This includes readable note content, task statuses, and communication channels such as WhatsApp.
  • Engagement colors now reflect activity impact across open and closed deal timelines. On open deals, CRM property changes also use directional colors to distinguish improvements, regressions, and neutral changes.
  • Recent Why We'll Win/Lose summaries can be reused for up to five minutes, so reopening or refreshing an open deal does not immediately regenerate the same summary.

How to use it

Open a deal from Deals, Win/Loss Pro, or Win/Loss Max. Use the timeline to review engagement activity together with stage, amount, close date, owner, and deal health changes.
