Forecast Workspace is now available. It shows your forecast by period and Forecast Status on one screen. Break any total down by team or owner, then open their deals and update them.

HubSpot changes appear in Forecast Workspace without reloading, typically in under 30 seconds.

• See Closed Won and your open forecast by week, month or quarter.
• See deal health, Pull forward and Slip risk for your open deals in each Forecast Status value.
• Track Closed Won against your HubSpot goals.
• Update Forecast Status, Close Date, Pipeline and Stage on open deals, and open a deal to update Next Step. Close Date, Pipeline, Stage and Next Step save to HubSpot. Forecast Status saves to HubSpot when it comes from a HubSpot property.
• Add Forecast Notes, which stay in Data Parrot, and see their version history.
• See recent changes to your deals, including what changed, when and who made the change.
• Save views as tabs with their own dates, period, filters, amount and checked rows.

Set up Forecast Status

Forecast Workspace organizes your forecast by Forecast Status. Data Parrot Admins choose where Forecast Status is managed in Forecast Settings: Data Parrot's own values, HubSpot's Forecast category property, or one of your custom HubSpot dropdown properties. Forecast Settings also turns Forecast Notes on or off.

Where to find it

Open Forecast Workspace from the navigation. Forecast Workspace is available on the Pro and Max plans.
